Protein Mapping takes a protein sequence provided by the user and applies a sliding window of a specified size across it. For each windowed segment, the model evaluates whether the region is predicted to be a Cell-Penetrating Peptide (CPP) or a Non-CPP. The output displays every segment's position within the original sequence, its amino acid composition, the predicted classification, and the associated probability score.
